詐騙案件減少 受騙金額反增
刑事局最近分析165反詐欺專線受理的電話。警方認為，主要的原因在於歹徒大多是以中獎作為藉口，要求民眾利用語音或者臨櫃的方式匯錢，突破ATM轉帳上限，顯見一般人對於臨櫃和語音的警覺性還是不足。（杜大澂報導）
